Item Modifications Spreadsheet

This isn’t 100% complete, and when it is I’ll do nice shiny downloadable PDFs for it, but in the meantime I thought this might be useful for people:

The Craftable Item Modifications Spreadsheet, in Google Docs.

It lists the stat values on each rank of craftable item mods – Armoring, Barrels & Hilts, Mods, Enhancements and Crystals – and the level at which you can use them. It’s still missing a few values for prototype and artifact-level items, and the top two tiers of Enhancements, but I’ll add those as soon as I have confirmed in-game numbers for them.

Thank you Siha, I've been hoping someone would start something like this.

No worries! Glad it’s helpful :)

Siha, good looking spreadsheet. One correction, Orange crystals are not forbidden to Light 1+. There are Prototype level craftable crystals that have no alignment restriction. I’m a 400 artificer and a Light IV Sentinel and have 2 equipped.

Ooh, interesting. Thankyou for the input.

Thanks for the spreadsheet, Siha. I was wondering if you’ve had any luck with REing the non-standard mod prefixes. I was looking for something with +defense for my Mod slots and the only consensus I seem to have found is from one thread on the French forums saying, “Yeah, there’s the Elusive mod type, but the only way to get it is to spend 10 Corellia commendations on a pair of gloves, pull out the mod, and hope you’re lucky with RE procs.”

I haven’t yet any any luck with that, but I’ve been slowed in my progression a little by some RL factors, so I actually haven’t hit 50 yet – let alone worked up enough Corellian commendations to blow ’em on REing mods.

I actually suspect that the mod recipe hasn’t been implemented in game; there’s a little bit of missing content like that here and there (like the Corellian companion customisation vendor who doesn’t actually sell anything).
